National Truck Driver Appreciation Week Highlights

Over the course of National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, Yusen Terminals had the pleasure of honoring the truck drivers who keep the supply chain moving every day. At our terminal, we celebrated with treats, gifts, and heartfelt thanks to show our appreciation for their dedication and hard work. A special thank you goes to Tammy Duncan and Phillip Healey for all their support in helping make these celebrations possible.

We also want to recognize the Harbor Trucking Association for their ongoing support of drivers and for fostering strong partnerships with YTI and the wider port community. Their efforts help strengthen the relationships that keep our operations and the supply chain running smoothly.

Beyond our terminal celebrations, we were grateful to participate in other driver appreciation events. At the Quik Pick Express Driver Appreciation Event, Frances Ohlheiser attended on behalf of YTI to celebrate the hard work and commitment of their drivers during a special raffle and community gathering. We also joined the Price Transfer Driver Appreciation Event at their annual barbeque to recognize drivers for their year-round dedication. A big thank you to Erik Crichton, Bret Montgomery, Cody Herrin, Joe Dragich, Frances Ohlheiser, Alan McCorkle, and Bob Fanselow for the invitation and warm welcome.

To all the drivers we celebrated: your efforts don’t go unnoticed, and we’re proud to work alongside you to keep goods moving and communities connected. Thank you for everything you do!
