Yusen Terminals supports the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a Certified C-TPAT participant and manages five facility security plans. Yusen Terminals manages a U.S.C.G.-approved facility security plan and fully cooperates with U.S. authorities.

Safety and security will always come first at Yusen Terminals

Our ongoing safety program prioritizes top-down accountability, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Our company is also an active participant in trade discussions on safety and security issues through our affiliation with the National Association of Waterfront Employees (NAWE), the National Maritime Safety Association (NMSA) and other national trade organizations. We actively participate in safety and security trade discussions through NAWE, NMSA, and other national trade organizations.

Yusen Terminals supports the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a Certified C-TPAT participant.

Our operations personnel work closely with U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agents on a daily basis, assisting U.S. agents in their efforts to screen cargo, vessels (container/cargo), and crews according to set security measures and standards.

Yusen Terminals manages a U.S.C.G.-approved facility security plan and fully cooperates with U.S. authorities.

This Terminal Tariff / Schedule is published pursuant to Section 8 (f) of the Shipping Act of 1984 as amended by the Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 1998 and the regulations of the Federal Maritime Commission (Title 46 Code of Federal Regulations Part 525).

The terms Terminal “Tariff” and Terminal “Schedule” shall refer to this document and may be used interchangeably in this or other documents without altering the meaning.
