This year marked the introduction of the John Ochs Memorial Scholarship, honoring the legacy of USCG Commanding Officer and Chief Labor Relations Officer of APMT, with a $1,000 award. We were honored to witness the very first recipient of this special scholarship and want to give a heartfelt thank you to Joyce Zimmerman, John’s wife, and Amanda Zimmerman, John’s daughter for joining the celebration.
